Q. What does my warranty cover and exclude?
UGEE products are covered by a 12 Months full warranty from the date of purchase
The warranty covers all manufacturing defects
However, the warranty does not covers damaged due to neglect, improper installation, misuse and accidental damage
These warranty terms are not withstanding your statutory right
Q. How do I update my driver?
You can downloard new drivers from our website
1. Uninstall your old driver
2. Download the latest version
3. Unzip the downloaded files from the zip folder to your hard disk
4. Double click the Setup.exe icon/file of the unzipped file
5. Follow the instructions on screen
Q. My tablet does not work, what should I do?
Please follow the below instructions to see if you can fix the problem
1. Please pull off the tablet’s USB plug from the computer
2. Uninstall the current driver
3. Download the latest version of driver directly from our website
4. Re-connect the tablet to the computer
5. Restart computer
6.1 Check whether the tablet’s LED is blinking or not? If the LED does not lit up, you will need to contact technical support
6.2 Test your wireless digital pen on tablet working area, if it can be used as like a mouse, that means the hardware is working.
If it doesn’t work, please change or recharge the pen's battery (unless the pen is batteryless)
If the battery has been charged or change and still does not work, please contact technical support
